BASIC FEATURES OF THE PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

The type and kind, quantity, brand, color and contents of the product or products purchased electronically are as seen and stated on the shopping screen.

PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

The sales prices of products purchased electronically are as seen and stated on the shopping screen.

Persons under the age of 18 and those with disabilities cannot shop at www.arohacikolata.com.

PAYMENT INFORMATION, DELIVERY INFORMATION

Payments for your purchases at www.delidates.com can be made by credit card.

In subscription cases, in order for us to charge your card for the weekly/monthly payment depending on your subscription option, your card limit must be sufficient, your card must be open to online transactions, your card must not be a virtual card, your card must be open to non-3D transactions, and your card's expiration date must be entered correctly.

Your credit card information is stored in BRSA-licensed data centers. We and any service providers cannot access it.

Once the order is placed and the contract is confirmed online, the product is delivered to the cargo company to be delivered to the person and address specified by the buyer during the registration to the website, on the dates specified in the product details.

Delivery costs (shipping costs, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer. Depending on the results of the campaigns the seller runs at the time of sale and the terms of which are announced on the www.arohacikolata.com website, the seller may not pass on all or part of these delivery costs to the buyer.

The seller cannot be held responsible if the buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery or if the delivery is not accepted in general.

If the package is crushed, deformed, wet, or otherwise damaged when delivered to the recipient, the package must be opened and the courier must inspect the condition of the products. If any damage is detected, the recipient must refuse to accept the package and request a report from the courier. If the package is not accepted and the report is already prepared, the seller must be notified as soon as possible using the communication methods specified in the contract, along with a copy of the report kept by the recipient.

Products received by the Buyer without any objection and without any record being kept from the cargo company will be deemed to be undamaged and intact.

If the Seller is found to be unable to supply the product/service subject to the Agreement for a justified reason, the Seller may supply another product/service of equal quality and price or refund the material value of that product by informing the Buyer and obtaining his/her approval.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND USAGE INFORMATION

According to legal regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are considered food items, even if unused, and therefore cannot be returned due to their nature, are at risk of rapid deterioration, or are likely to expire. (Except for products damaged during cargo transportation.) Furthermore, the customer has the right of withdrawal if the goods/product, packaging, or contents are damaged during cargo, or if the expiration date has passed. This right of withdrawal can be exercised within 7 (seven) days of the product being delivered to the customer.

RESOLUTION OF OBJECTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

Buyer can forward their requests and complaints regarding the products they purchase to the seller's email address provided above. The seller will attempt to resolve legitimate requests and complaints promptly through mediation. However, if the buyer wishes, they may submit their complaints and objections, in accordance with the relevant articles of Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and within the specified monetary limits, to the Consumer Problems Arbitration Board or Consumer Court in the place where the consumer purchased the goods/services or resides.

VALIDITY

All explanations and information in this Distance Sales Preliminary Information and Information Form are valid from the moment the buyer approves this form online and after the buyer reads and confirms it electronically on our website www.arohacikolata.com, the contract will be formed under the terms of the contract accepted by the buyer and approved electronically and will remain in force until the parties fulfill their payment and delivery obligations arising from the Contract, without prejudice to the relevant provisions.

Seller's records (including records on magnetic media such as computer-voice recordings) constitute definitive evidence in resolving any dispute that may arise from this Agreement and/or its implementation.

The Buyer declares that he/she has read all the conditions and explanations written in this Agreement and in the order-contract preliminary information form that forms an integral part of it, that he/she is informed in advance about the basic characteristics of the products subject to sale, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, etc., all preliminary information about the product subject to sale and the right of withdrawal, that he/she has seen the preliminary information electronically on the website, and thus, he/she has confirmed and approved all of these electronically and ordered the product and accepted the provisions of this Agreement.
