Cancellation and Refund Conditions

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), there is no right of withdrawal for food, beverages, or other daily consumption items. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, it may be canceled, and the order amount will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 10 business days. You can track this process through your bank.

RETURN CONDITIONS AND RETURN REQUEST

According to legal regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature as foodstuffs, even if they have not been used, and that are at risk of spoiling quickly or have expired. (Except for products damaged during cargo transportation.)

In addition, the customer has the right of withdrawal if the goods/product, packaging, or contents are damaged during shipping, or if the expiration date has passed. This right of withdrawal can be exercised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product.

If the product(s) you wish to return are defective, you must inspect the product in the presence of the courier, have a report prepared, and then refuse to accept the product. In this case, the shipping costs will be covered by our company. In all other cases, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the BUYER.

For returns, please send an e-mail to aroha@aroha.com.tr with the reason for your return and the product information you wish to return, along with a photo of the product if it is broken or damaged, before sending the product back.

  • Products must be returned with their original box/packaging and invoice. Products that are at risk of breakage must be wrapped in bubble wrap.

  • Promotional and promotional products given as gifts must also be sent with their original packaging.

If the products you return comply with the return conditions, refunds will be made within 10 business days after the product reaches us.
